Ryan began his career in financial planning in 2003. Ryan is a Wealth Management Advisor with Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company. Ryan is an Insurance Agent with Northwestern Mutual and at times, may represent insurers in addition to NM. He is a Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC and maintains securities Series 6, 7, 63, 66 registrations as well as his Life, Accident & Health insurance license. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP) holder, earned his CHARTERED FINANCIAL CONSULTANT® (ChFC)accreditation, and is a RETIREMENT INCOME CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL® (RICP).

Ryan is a 2001 graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor's of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems. He resides in the Hudson Valley of New York with his wife Jillian and George, their rescued Golden Retriever.

Ryan is passionate about helping his clients achieve their financial security goals. He also believes in giving back to the community through volunteering and hosting seminars to promote financial literacy amongst physicians and young professionals starting their careers.

As a boardmember of the non-profit Putnam Highlands Audubon Society, Ryan recognizes the importance of conservation and sustaining biodiversity. He frequently engages the community in this role by leading nature walks in the Hudson Valley region.

In addition to working with clients, Ryan has worked in various development roles within the NYC Midtown Group's office. Notably, he headed the Disability Income Protection department, managing all aspects of training, development, and integration of the product line into mainstream planning. Ryan developed tools and protocols that were used both at the Home Office and regional Network Office levels of NM. During the (10) years that Ryan oversaw development of the department, production doubled.
